I’m blogging in a language other than English. Will guest posting work for me?

The honest answer is “It depends.” Blogging is not as mature in non-English languages and there may not be many – or any – blogs on your topic in your language. As a purely practical matter, that means there aren’t other bloggers to network with who will support your work and share it with their subscribers and social media followers. That’s a big problem. Being the only fish in a small pond is a lonely existence, for a blogger or a fish. If you want to grow your blog quickly it makes the best sense to blog in English.
